Reads a year of deposits the way most people read a paragraph, and will tell you which month is going to be a problem before underwriting does.

Invented, like everything else on this site. Neither of these reaches anybody.

Ada set up Ropewalk around one observation: the borrowers who are hardest to approve are very often the ones best able to pay. A contractor with four good years and a tax return written by a competent accountant is not a credit risk. They are a documentation problem, and documentation problems have solutions.

She spends most of her week on files that have already been declined somewhere else, working out which strand of income was being ignored and whether a different programme would see it.

If this were a working site, this is where the conversation would start.

Only used to call you back — and on this demonstration, not even that.

This form does not send anything. It validates what you type, shows you a confirmation, and stops there. Nothing is stored, nothing is transmitted, and nobody will call you. There is no consent box here because there is nothing to consent to.
