A real lender would put a working number, a real address and a monitored inbox here. This is a demonstration, so it puts a fiction-reserved number, an invented street and an address on a reserved domain — and says so instead of pretending.

The form validates what you type, shows you a confirmation and stops. Nothing is stored, nothing is transmitted, and nobody will call you. On a working site this is the one seam a webhook drops into — it is documented in the repository's README.
If this were a real lender
You would find its NMLS unique identifier here, linked to NMLS Consumer Access so you could verify it yourself, together with the state licence numbers under which it operates. This demonstration publishes none of those, because an invented identifier in the exact format a regulator issues can collide with a working company’s — and a made-up number is not made safe by being made up.
